• Deposits are Refundable within 7 working days if at least two banks have declined the loan (For Bank Deals only) (AED 600 FINANCE PROCESSING CHARGE- non refundable);
• Deposits are Refundable only with Presenting the Original Receipt;
• Deposits are Non-Refundable if customer fails to pay full cash payment within 5 working days (For Cash Deals);
• Deposits are Non-Refundable for buyer once booking has been made unless any major issue that comes up upon a full inspection such as Chassis damage, Engine or Gearbox faults or inaccurate odometer history;
• All Cars are inspected by Linda's team and RTA passed;
• All Cars are Covered under warranty (Refer to online add and the warranty policy/booklet for after sales requirement);
• Evaluation Fee may vary depending on buyer requested evaluation figures;
• If Finance is not approved within 5 working days, then LINDA CARS has the right to sell the car to another Customer;
• Service charge of AED 250 (non refundable);
